I've had to deal with those minor infections too, but my left ear was always worse than my right ear. Now, when I take out the piercings to clean them, I can feel dried blood INSIDE my earlobe. Like, when I try putting the piercing back into my left ear, I can feel the dried blood blocking the needle's path to the other side of my lobe. Anyone know how I can get rid of this problem?

Well I do clean them. It's not in my ear, like earwax. It's in the earlobe. Idk how a blood clot formed in the lobe, but I don't know how to get rid of it. I've tried isoprophyl alcohol, but that hasn't worked.
