I asked her if she likes me. She says yes and i tell her that i like her as well. Then she just says "ok cool". Does she want to have a relationship with me or what?
So is it good if a girl likes me and I do as well and she says "ok cool"?

That's not the most encouraging response. I don't think the feelings are serious, at least not on her part, if her only response is "okay cool." You could ask, there's no harm in that. But I highly doubt she'd be interested in a relationship, considering the way she responded.
This May or may not mean that she does. Ask her if she wants to go on a date som time not like that tho. Say something like " you wanna hang out after school,work,whatever" and see what she says. If it's a yes then yes! If it's a later or no, keep getting to know here more and try again. Good luck to you! :)
Are you a boy? ( Stupid question). If you are not then, then you will not know that when girls answer a question like that and act all cool, they are not like that on the inside. She is probably, like OMg, he likes me. And yes, she probably wants to be your girlfriend. But just in case, just casually bring up the question and BOOM you have your answer. I should know I'm a girl and have a BF who I said the same thing to.
