you know when one gets a account with a brand company there are regulations with guidelines and privacy statements and i would go back and familarize your self with those methods because those are what it will take to see if someone else can use the game more then one person i'm sure that they do have stipulations involveing things like that you mentions if its possible for another person to use the account to play it will say so and other times they will only let it be used under one account for another player to use it then other times they will so you have to contact someone or try it and see what happens basically
