... pain in my ubber left thigh after only ten. It hurt so bad i tried to Continue but couldn t. I have felt sore after squatting before but not having it hurt so bad.
After I sat down and tried to get back up it hurt my thigh just standing.
Should I just ignore it? Or should I not do squats and see if it maybe better tomorrow and do some excercises now that won t hurt my leg so bad?
