Honestly skin conditions are insanely hard to diagnose (even in person), and considering the severity I would recommend to go see your dermatologist again... until then if you have to itch then use the length of your fingers or your palms (rubbing the itch rather than scratching it) so that you don't get a secondary infection from opening the already wounded area, and try to keep it as cool as possible (regardless of the nature of the infection nothing likes cold) using techniques like ice packs, cold showers, or even just wetting down your clothes and see if this helps out until your next appointment (and I guess that appointment could also be with a GP whom would definitely be able to get to you quicker, but he will probably just recommend you to your dermatologist). If things get any worse then go to a hospital (at the very least they may be able to give you a steroid injection to help you fight it).
Hope this helps (I know from experience that really sucks)... :(
Thank you I'm definitely going to try cold showers and icing and stuff! & Yea this a very painful situation.& I don't just mean physically. It's a pretty hard hit on the self esteem and confidence. I'm learning to work/live with it.. ;but, again, thank you for your time :) :) :)
