There's just too much work to do and I feel like exploding, it just gets harder and harder?
So I kind of feel useless in school and I'm not sure what to do?

Talk to the school nurse. It sounds like you might need to improve your diet. Get a bottle of B-100 pills. They're cheap. Vitamin B2 is a dye that makes urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another pill. Study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Instead of whining about this moment of this day you need to revamp your thinking. There is a finite number of months left to school. It doesn't go on forever. You have an ending date before you and your goal is to get there.
Even a marathon has a finish line. You need to stop pissing and moaning about the run to get there and accept that every day is one day closer to crossing the finish line.
You NEED that piece of paper at the end of your run that says you completed it. Otherwise you can work at McDonald's and start pissing and moaning about minimum wage and how you have to live in a 200 ft studio apt and take the bus to work.
You are running toward your future. If living under a bridge and pushing a grocery cart of all your belongings is your goal then go ahead and use your exploding excuse. If you aspire to something better then start your count down on a calendar and
achieve a goal!
Good luck on a fulfilling future!
Talk to an adult about stress (guidance counselor, parents, anyone who would help) and find out why this happens. Maybe you need a different class or extra tutoring or outside help that could make you feel more confident in school or at least help you manage your time and understand why you feel like this.
