Snapchat - I have an "in your contacts " person in "add friends" but they are not in my phones?

...  contacts. In my contacts on Snapchat not in my contacts in my phone What does this mean? Can they see me as I see them in the list?

yes and no mostly yes because they see you in snapchats list and you dont understand snapchat like they do but you can add friends and post random crap
