SM Audition advice?

Question

I want to audition for SM entertainment... and I wanted advice, on what you guys think/know 

1) what exactly is SM looking for in terms of talent and appearance
2) Would they rather see dancers of singers? ( u r allowed to audition only for one)
3) What will they think of me if I am mostly mongolian and tajik (tajik are asian-looking people) but I look completely white
4) would they want you to have a strong own voice/style or a bit unsure so they can make ur voice into anything they want?( in sense of style and tone and timbre)

Answer

1) Honestly, you just need to wow them, just not too much because you are going for training.
2) I'm sure it doesn't matter. 
3) They take all asians, just specifically korean people. F(x) Victoria is chinese. They are not racist about skin color. In Korea, it is pretty to be pale and white, but even if you were tan it wouldn't matter. 
4) It depends on your voice style. They have a specific tone and voice they're looking for, so mostly a confident voice. But don't over confident your voice too.
