I wanna talk about light sleep and deep sleep. Do these 2 occurs in irregular pattern like from 1 to 1:30 am I would enter light sleep and from 1:30 to 2 am I enter deep sleep then after that I would enter light sleep again? Is this possible?

Yes this sleep pattern is possible.
It's normal for our brain to go through such stages when we sleep
Though I would like to know what you do throughout the day (exercise, food, what you do before bed) as it might help me better answer the question

You're supposed to have at least 1.5-1.8 hours of deep sleep per night, which is about 20% of your overall sleep. Some people, may find they need more in order to feel fully rested and others less.
