I keep waking up in the middle of the night. My doctor has told me I have night terrors, but sometimes I just wake up without any nightmares at all. It's extremely frustrating and because of my fear of being in the dark and the fact I am completely stressed out, I can't even shut my eyes after I wake up. Last night I was up for 4 hours before I had to move to a different room and even then that didn't help. I have school to go to soon and I can't balance sleep with school and it'll make me even more stressed. I don't even have anyone to turn to for support because everyone has grown bored of my constant fears and insomnia. Please help.

yea i suggest to make the room as dark as possible you need to be able to keep yourself calm i suggest also you need to talk to a therapist they are pretty good to bring you to reality so you can deal with your night terrors get your self evaluated so you do have someone to talk to thats their job and they help you deal with what you can in the different areas and help you through it alot more head way can be made
Essential oils are extremely helpful for sleep problems. If you can use Lavender, sprinkle it on your pillow and it will keep you calm, relaxed and sleepy. It will also help to keep you from being stressed out. If you cant use essential oils just get something with lavender in it and use that! Lotion, herbal tea, flowers, or just anything!!!
Hope this helped!!
