today, i woke up, it felt like something was on my back, i was stuck in a half awake, half asleep state, i was totally fine with it, but then i started hearing the sound of chimes, making that bell like noise, but i was the only one that could hear it, then, it felt like, someone was twirling the hair on the back on my head, i have short hair, so theres really no reason for it doing that, and i was creeped out, and i could sit up, but after a lot of effort i finally was able to sit up, but now im too terrified to go back to sleep

There are several vitamin deficiencies that can cause such effects. You should study some books about nutrition so you know what the symptoms are and how to correct them. B vitamins mostly regulate energy production. Symptoms of deficiency are mostly psychological. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Magnesium deficiency is quite common among young Americans. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
