... bit of fat around my stomach and thighs. I'm aware of the whole skinny- fat thing and I'm 95% sure that's my problem. It seems that the solution is to eat more because I am definitely under eating. But I'm terrified that if I go up to the amount I'm supposed to eat that I will gain since it is so much more. I saw a nutritionalist that said I'm supposed to be getting at least 1,800 calories and I'm probably getting 800/900 a day and I really don't want to go up by 1,000 because that has to make me gain right?
