Why is a 1TB SSD, Samsung EVO 860 with 931.51 GB reported by Macrium Reflect larger than a WD 1TB with 931.48GB reported by Macrium Reflect ? 1TB is 1TB in my mind and if you try to Clone the Evo to the WD drive it won't fit.. Win 10 Disk Management reports that the Evo has 931.50 vs WD that has 931.48. What am I missing?

How to count.
10^0 is the same as 2^0. Go to ten bits and you have 1024, not exactly a thousand but close enough to call it a K. Twenty bits of addressing is valued at 1,048,576 -- not exactly a million but close enough to call it M. The farther you go the bigger the difference gets. So it depends on whether you want the convenience of saying "terabyte" or the accuracy of counting every single byte.
A mechanical disc often has bad sectors, so the actual space is different from the claimed space.
