Math uses parentheses to group things, not every goofy symbol you can find.
( 〖3√ 1/9 )〗is meaningless.
Delete undefined symbols: ( 3√ 1/9 ) is ambiguous.
It might be interpreted (3√1)/9 or maybe 3√(1/9) and no way to tell which was meant.
SIMPLIFY 2 + 3√3 = ( 〖3√ 1/9 )〗^X?
Assuming you meant SIMPLIFY 2 + 3√3 = ( 3√(1/9)^X?√(1/9) = 1/33 x 1/3 = 11^x = 1
So you have 2 + 3√3 = 1 which is not valid.

3 x 1/3 = 1
1^x = 1
So you have 2 + 3√3 = 1 which is not valid.
