Although the virus has not reached this country yet for our own safety should we wear surgical masks in the Malaysian airport or anywhere with alot of people?

As a Chinese, I just checked the news that in southern part of China, Guangdong province,35 persons are suspicous cases, as well as 2 cases in Hongkong, which may be a potential threat to you. I highly recommend you put on the surgical mask.
