You can't even get people to agree on whether companies should be taxed at all. A lot of people are aware that when companies are taxed, companies come to control the government. And it is obvious that the taxes are passed on to customers, so in the final analysis only people pay taxes, but people are not adequately represented. This violates a lot of principles of justice.
