Should partner pay rent if my company provides an apt as part of my pay?

Make them atleast pay for groceries every month. If it wasn't for you having the job that pays for the apt, then they would have to pay anyways. So your basically paying for it anyways. Make their rent atleast be groceries and jus keeping their area clean, but make sure their buying groceries, and not just a few bags of noodles and sodas.
