No. Marijuana is not a medicine. What we have here is a government gone berserk and flaunting its authority for no particular reason other than government goons wanting to flaunt their authority. Same as they did with alcohol. The nation now has strong organized crime thanks to alcohol prohibition, and Mexico has strong organized crime thanks to marijuana prohibition.
The only "should" is the government should butt out.

Yes, not for recreational but for medical use only. Science won't accept that Marijuana is actually a medicinal plant. The only reason why its illegal to some countries is that it's being abused and it's addicting! It's should be controlled by health organization and should only list illness and disease which are allowed to use it.
