Should judges tell jurors they have a right to decide whether the law in question is constitutional?

it would depend on what he was asking them to look for and i would think it would be in his jurisdiction to ask such a question to the jury because it would open the case to a hearing which would let a different judge way into the constitutional ways to doing things
