Should I use IS or BEING?

"I have been experiencing nightmares, the scariest of which is/being the one where I fall into a manhole full of rats".
which is the right one, or at least which is more appropriate for academic writing? Thank you so much

It should be with is, e.g:

I have been experiencing nightmares, the scariest of which is the one, where I fall in to a manhole full of rats.

(Tip: if you want, look for high leveled term words for more points in class)
