My priest is a nice man, as far as I know uncontaminated by the recent revelations about the Church. His niceness has not so far deterred me from using his confession booth as a kind of fun factory. I most recently told him that I have been sewing effigies of Lady Diana Spencer into the hems of clothes bound for the charity shop in
the hope of causing disadvantaged people to crash in tunnels. Is this wrong?
Should I stop going to confession just to freak out the priest with horrendous made up crimes?

honestly, I think that's hilarious. I've never thought of doing that. Being a christian, I don't believe in confession. So why not? I believe that Jesus is the only one that can really forgive our sins. Because the guy you're talking to in the confession stand is just as sinful as any of us, so it wouldn't make since to ask him for forgiveness would it? That's why the whole confession thing is funny to me anyways. But just for the sake of goodness it's probably best not to continue.
Yes! read the fate of the Catholic Church during the near 7 year tribulation period in Revelations. The key is the church on seven mountains (Rome Italy) the only real early church founded bythe apostles yet alive today is in Ethiopa and it's doctrine is super close to southern and independant Baptist churches. The Priesthood was ended and replaced by Jesus Himself.much of the catholics is contrary to the teachings of God being replaced with non-biblical church doctrines. In the Bible book of Revelations they are called the Harlot Church that deceived the Nations.Look into their horrible history torturing great numbers to death when they discovered the church went away from the truth of the Bible.contact Liberty university in Lynchburg,Va & they have studies for Bible truthalso Moody Bible in Chicago. Two of many that can show you Bible truths.
You may have gathered from my question that i do not take religious faith very seriously. I appreciate the time you took to answer of course, but there is no possibility that i will use my free time in pursuit of a deeper understanding of christianity. I understand it well enough to ridicule a priest, and the majority view so far is that this is a good thing.
