Right now I work for advance auto parts as a account manager(E-Slave) and the pay is about 43k a year. The job is safe but I feel like I am not advancing anywhere and I feel like my boss plays favorties as her friends all got special projects and easy job roles. But I got an offer from Telepacific Communcations and the base is 45k with commission as my current base is 31k with bonus extra 1200 a month. Only thing I am nervous about is it is pretty much the same position but I have a quota of 2200 a month. I am just scared if I leave my current role that I will take new job and get fried in a year. Should I take job or stay put with no advancement just same work everyday?
