I started a job at a chiropractor run by a husband and wife (the office has great reviews). They seemed really nice when I interviewed. Since starting the job I've realized the husband is OK and nice but the wife threw a dirty X-ray gown at my coworker when we didn't have time to get it out of the room quick enough. She constantly belittles us and laughs at questions we have. Not to mention if we make any little mistake she makes us feel terrible by saying horrible things (I'm not a wimp by any means). I've been here a month and I dread going to work I have anxiety and it's spiking through the roof. I always feel bad when I have to leave a job especially since there is supposed to be a conference next year they've already bought me a ticket for. I want to quit after I find a new job but I don't know if or how I should.
Should I quit a job I've only had for a month?

That sounds pretty rough. I'm sorry things took a turn for the worst. Looking for a different job is not a bad idea at all. Depending on your finances I would be careful: sometimes we have to do things we hate to get by. I don't know how you feel about mentioning the wife's behavior to the husband, it could go one of two ways: really bad or really good. However mentioning an unfriendly workplace as a reason for leaving is not a bad thing for other employers to see. Though they also don't want to hire someone who can't handle things. Seems like a tough spot! :(
My coworker has talked to him about the X-ray gown incident and about just being nice to us with it out helping. :/
