I've been 2 mths in my new job, we accept pmts over the phone and in this 2 months i had 3 mistakes, my team lead she is all rude and hostile even when i do not say or do anything. She does not talk to me at all, everyone says she is like that at the beginning but i do not like that. I want to quit badly but then making mistakes is human but if she is going to keep throwing in my face in a bad way, I will rather be jobless than stressing out. Should i quit or approach her or maybe do nothing and just try to focus and make no mistakes????? Help please!

I think the best way to overcome this situation is by talking over to your team leader or you can try to learn from your mistakes and give a better or the best output, which will eventually help u earn good points not only in the sight of your supervisor but also your colleagues.ask the help of your teammates to improve yourself and don't quit early. Give your best shot and always remember that every problem has a positive solution, though it may be far out of reach, it is still attainable, if u work hard at it and give ur best.
mm she is not a person that you can have a conversation with, her whole self is so monotonous, you would not know if she is taking you serious or if she does not care. It bothers me that I have been here for 2 months and it's not like i am not doing my best to not make mistakes. My other coworkers have been here for 2 years and she does not say anything, she just laughs at it and trust me they make more mistakes than I do. oh well :)
