I want to propose to my girlfriend in Sydney but I'm not quite sure how to do it. There's some really nice high rise restaurants overlooking the entire city or should I go out onto the harbour and have a dinner cruise and propose to her on the water ? Any thoughts ? Thanks !!!

Neither as there is no comfortable way to get out if she says no. Go somewhere else that has a connection for the both of you, the place you first met her, the place you first kissed, etc. Your ideas might sound romantic but they won't do anything for her, women don't think like that, you need a place she can connect to emotionally if you are going to ask that kind of question.
