Should I kiss him ?

If you're not sure how he'll take it, then wait until he decides to kiss you. That should relieve some of the pressure from you. And if he doesn't, don't worry. It doesn't mean he isn't interested in you - he is probably just nervous about kissing you as well, or he wants to wait until you've dated a bit more so he knows for sure that he likes you.
Or, instead of waiting, you could kiss him first if you really want to (and it sounds like you do). So just go for it, don't worry about feeling awkward because that feeling won't last long.
If you don't end up kissing at all, don't stress over it because you'll probably have a lot more opportunities to do so in the future.
But really, you should just go with your own instincts and see how it turns out. Everything should turn out well in the end.

Well, the next time he comes over, give him the signs that you want him to kiss him. You can do that by looking at his lips while subtly puckering yours. He'll probably catch on soon enough, but if not, you can start to go in for the kiss yourself. But make sure that your both ready.
