Hi... this is my first time posting here. I am worried about my son. We are on an island in Greece. So my husband and I and our son went for a swim. It was too windy so there were waves. My son is 4 and he can't swim but he has 2 inflatable arm bands. We were playing by the seashore when all of a sudden a wave knocked him off. It didn't cover him though. The thing is he started choking. Coughing and vomiting. So I brought him to our sunbed. He coughed and vomited. Then he was okay. He still went to play. We ate chips and transferred to another place where there were no waves..
He never had trouble breathing all is well. Then we swam a bit. Then he ate 2 donuts. No problems at all. But reading the article about the dry drowning and secondary drowning it makes me worry. He is asleep now because it is already 10pm.. so far his breathing is fine Thank God.. but i still cant stop worrying... I don't even know where the hospital is at here in Mykonos
Should I go to the hospital?

When you post a question, you don't need all the "hi, this is my....", just get to the question without all the formalities. And don't create a huge story, just get to the point.
He probably just got water in his lungs, threw it up and now he's ok. It wouldn't hurt to take him to a walk-in clinic, just to make sure his lungs are clear.
