Should I go to my supervisor’s supervisor about more variety at my job?

I currently work at a job where I find leads for a company but I feel that I can do more. I am trained in office admin and all they have me doing for the past year is lead generation which is just cut and paste and send out template emails. I talked to my supervisor about seeing if there was anything else I can do along with what I am doing just to put some variety in my job He told me I have big jobs coming my way. But when he told me about them they are the same thing I have been doing just in one big chunk. 
I was just wondering if I should go and ask his supervisor who is my employer if there is anything else I can do or should I just take whatever I get?

No one here knows  how your office is environment , with that being said it's your call. Maybe looking for another company to work for would not be out of the question if you think your ability is not being used to it's full potential.

Absolutely you should. He/ she will appreciate your eagerness and drive. It may even motivate your supervisor.

well go tell to your supervisor that you want some other variety of job that he used to give you tell him that you want to grow and not work in so you can grow  if your supervisor take it offensively   then i suggest you might well go change a job where you can grow
