Should I get the coil or the rod as my boyfriend wants me to get coil but I wanted to get the rod?

You should go with whatever you are most comfortable with, if you have to, lie to him and say you got the coil. But really its your choice to make, if you prefer the rod over the coil then you go for it! Don't let him choose your protectiveness. hope this helps in some way! :)
