Should I get tab for a cause?

in the chrome store there is tab for a cause, my friends all have it and say it donates money by opening a tab. I really want it but i have this awesome background but if i add tab for a cause, it removes the awesome background. What should i do?

you should go ahead and do this app you never know you might be able to put another background to it don't know for sure but you should be able to have it the way you want to see it
