Hello! I just came back from the ER due to some cramping, no bleeding just off and on cramping. The ultrasound Tec. Told me everything looked good. My pelvic exam was good. I'm 4 weeks 2 days. The doctor comes in and says he couldn't see a sac so diagnosed me with a miscarriage. I have two healthy boys already and have no history of a miscarriage. Could this be false?
Should I get a second opinion?

I'm so sorry. That must have been very difficult for you to hear. Keep eating healthy just in case, and time will tell if he was right or wrong. You'll know if you are still pregnant. I've had 5 babies, and it seems to me that 4 weeks is awfully early to be able to see much of anything on the ultrasound. My doctors always made me wait until at least 10 weeks before they would do one. If you do get another opinion, I would wait a while, and try not to stress over it. (although I'm sure that's easier said than done.) Best wishes to you and yours.
