I workout almost every day but I am trying to lose weight and be healthier. Will a Fitbit benefit me at all or is it primarily just to motivate people who aren't active?

Well, it depends. A Fitbit has many cool features, it shows how active your, as in how many footsteps you have walked, what time it is, how many flights of stairs you have walked, how many calories you have burned, things like that. If you want to be competitive with friends or yourself, then it would be good, so you can keep pushing yourself past your top amount of footsteps, calories, things like that. Other then that, I wouldn't.
Thanks for the info!
