I took a math test today and was really confident in the topics because I practiced a lot. While taking the test, I started to panic and was going really slow for each question. I wasn't able to finish and left about 4 questions blank, which was basically half the test. I never noticed until recently but I'm really struggling with time management and I don't really know how to fix it. Should I email my teacher or attempt to work it out on my own?

From past experience I would recommend emailing them as soon as possible. Most tutors are used to students zoning out when giving advice so a student taking the time to seek some advice from them will be much appreciated.
As far as time management goes - I think this issue is fairly easily worked out. It's not as if your incapable of doing the work, you just need to stress less at the time (easier said than done I know) and it'll flow naturally.
I'd recommend skimming over the full list of questions before starting the paper. Doing this will give you an overview of which questions will need the most time to resolve, and it helps you stay on track and not waffle on about something on a less time consuming question.
Ask for some mock papers and start timing yourself. Gradually you'll see improvements in time taken to complete.
Hope this helps.
