In my opinion, that would be a bad morning schedule. If I were you, I would eat breakfast before doing my morning jog or eating a snack. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the 3. If you eat breakfast before you jog, you'll have plenty of energy to run. After you have breakfast, I would go on my morning jog, BUT BEFORE YOU GO, you should bring a snack or 2 like a banana or an apple. Any sort of fruit that can be handheld. After your jog, you can feel refreshed because I answered your question. ;)
