Okay so I have a 1967 Impala 250 6 cylinder. It runs great, it drives great. My only problem is that its one of my bigger dreams of mine to travel from state to state, to explore and have an amazing trip. I would absolutely love to take my car on this said trip, but I'm not so sure, like what if it breaks down and I need a part that I can't get anywhere and I wouldn't want to do it alone so I would have a few people with me and I'm pretty sure that they would not want to deal with me and my car.
Another thing is that its a manual, but it gets great gas millage for what it is. And I would be the only one driving because it is a manual my other friends don't know how to drive it. Also it has no AC so my friends would not be happy about that either, so I was thinking that I could install AC so it would fix that problem. I know that I would have a blast and it would be so memorable with this car and my friends. I just don't know if its a good idea to begin with.
Should I drive my 67 Impala cross country?

It's a lousy idea for the reasons that you list. One thing you seem to forget is that ac on an old car like that drags the gas mileage way down. And you are sure to get stuck somewhere needing a part that is difficult to find. Do you know what a float bowl is? Your car won't run without it.
