So I've been working at an HVAC company for a little over a year. I am an HVAC installer helper for new construction. I recently received a job offer for commercial HVAC being offered a dollar more and another raise to come based on performance. Free health insurance and a 401k. When I told my current job I was going to put in my two weeks they counter offered two dollars more and a position for next in lead. I'm now extremely confused and not sure which job to take. I'm told commercial is the way to go but I am so comfortable where I'm at and I'm good at what I do now in residential. Which job should I take? HVAC commercial, or HVAC lead installer new construction?
Should I do Commercial HVAC?
