Should I continue with a major in Linguistics or switch to International Business? Which one is guarantee that I get a job after graduation? As of right now I'm a Linguistics major and Japanese minor. For the Linguistics major I need 6 more courses and for the Japanese minor I need one and I'm basically done. However, I failed a few LING courses. I was thinking will I even find a career out their with a Linguistics BA. The reason I chose this major was because I was fascinated by foreign languages, and wanted to teach English abroad in Japan or possibly become an actor or lexicographer. Another reason I'm not very good at mathematics. Now i'm considering wanting to switch to International Business because there are just more career opportunities and choices.....then again I could be wrong. Can anyone tell me the pro & cons in both or at least one if know anything or anyone who has been done the path of either a Linguistics major or a International Business major?
