I used to be a Regional Director for IHOP. I've been out of work for about 6 months and now I'm looking for a job. I have both jobs to choose from. With the Habit they said I could be prompted to Regional Director in a year or two at the most. But at BJ's I would be promoted to a General Manager but not for 5 years. I have weighed out the pros and cons of both but I still just don't know what to choose.
