IDEAL/GOAL WEIGHT=127.6 lbs
Should I accept that I'm fat? Im trying but I always fail. But I want to achive my Ideal weight!?

According to the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, you have a BMI of 23.1 are within your normal weight range (so you are not fat!)
BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
if you still wish to shed a few pounds, then the only proven method is to control your calorie intake & take regular exercise ( walking, swimming count but do not eat more afterwards!). You should not cut intake such that you always feel hungry, or eat foods which unbalance your blood/sugar (a lot of processed foods do & have the ultimate no no of equal amounts of fat & sugar. New research has shown that avoiding fatty foods does not help & they are made tasty by adding extra sweeteners/sugar). Keeping busy will also help as it will burn calories, stop you inducing hunger by thinking about food & if you do it by cooking you'll control what you eat (as well as saving money & develop your skills further, (to the boys reading this, kissing don't last, cooking does!)).

Avoiding fatty foods & replacing them with low fat/ fat free equivalents may not help, because they are made tasty adding extra sweeteners/sugar.
