...  problem with it until the last couple times I have shot it. I'll cycle it then shoot then cycle it again then when I go to pull the trigger my safety is some how on. Could this be a weak spring?

Yes it could be a malfunction in the trigger itself i would take it to a repair person and have it looked at in case its something wrong some where else kinda like a clean slate making sure there isn't any other problems.
