Shopping - why do teens like shoes so much?

Women like shoes. I don't know too many teenage boys who love shopping for shoes.

But with that said, women love shoes because they represent fashion, variety, experimentation, comfort, style. Women can gain weight but still fit their shoes. Like a man, shoes are warm and friendly at first but can become uncomfortable if worn too long. Shoes are made by elves at the gates of heaven. Shoes have no bounds and no limits.
