1st off you'll need a lawyer don't go it alone. there are many out comes and it could go with fines court fees or probation. but it all depends on many things it's mostly up to the Attorney and the evidence that's why it's better to get a lawyer because they know of things for 1st time offences and how to work things out it could help be the different to getting any jail time. so best thing to do get a lawyer and be up front with it and get someone to talk to professional and don't talk to anyone but him or your lawyer on anything about your case. then be safe stay out of trouble with the law
I know this because I went thought it and it's a very Emotional and Humiliating and just all the waiting to see what happen at each court date pre tail so on are the worse so get a lawyer don't try doing it on your own.
I got this advice from my 1st day in court from the judge and he was right up front that trying to do it on my own would be a seiuos mistake and it will have a major effect on your life past present and future.
