I have this really weird problem where if something touches my neck I will get this strong tingling sensation which is very uncomfortable, almost like being tickled, but slightly different as I will get this sensation even from something simply breathing on it, or a shaver running across it, after this sensation I will usually get a sudden jolt in my back and it's very embarrassing. I can't tell if it's just anxiety that makes my neck really sensitive from touch, but I don't think this is so because even I can cause this problem from touching my neck myself. It's really confusing strange and it can make it difficult when getting my haircut for obvious reasons and I just want to know what this issue is and if there is anything I can do to prevent it. Thanks.

I maybe should have been more specific in the location of the issue, the problem occurs on the back of my neck and sometimes it can be close to the back of my ear as well.
