Section 8 and Divorce?

Hello, 

We live in Missouri. 

We were Divorced on 10/2010. 

But then we changed our mind & now I and my ex-wife living together. 

We take care our three children and we have one household. 

Can I and my ex-wife apply and get a Section 8 Housing Voucher together?

I dont think it matters if you are married or divorced. Only your combined household income is a factor, and im pretty sure all adults in the household have to have a clean criminal record for the last 5 years.
