Secretariat - What are human kindness?

Human kindness is not just an attitude, but it is also the act that emerges from this attitude. It is an act that preserves and promotes life. It is intervention on behalf of someone's suffering, misfortune, or distress. It pursues what is good and does not look for what is bad. Because of the fidelity, solidarity, and loyalty associated with it, as an alternative could be rendered loving kindness.

As the proverb says: a multitude of men will proclaim their human( or loving) kindness, but few are faithful to carry it out.
