I have a '05 Saturn ion 2, 2.2L. 303,453 miles.
I had my car looked at today and I seem to be having a leak coming from higher up in front of the oil pan. And seems to be blowing all the way to the rear of my car, (i know I have a cracked Transmission mount from it getting stuck in a drive way which dented my oil pan and the cars weight was put all on the area around the oil pan.). For the leak some say its a rear main seal (which there is 2 different seals, a cam shaft, output shaft seal, or a crank shaft seal. But im sure the crank shaft seal is located around the time cover belt if im not mistaking. And not to mention since this leak has happened, i have my car blowing out a weird texture of an oil???(Blowing out of the exhaust pipe) Its oily at first but dries up kinda fast and makes it to where you can rub your fingers together anymore. Like gunky?? I guess the word is. Anyways. I'm not sure what seal it could be, I do know that I have to put 2 quarts of synthetic oil in it every 2 weeks. I also know I have to replace the Cad. converter as well. Don't know if that info helps or not. Any info or suggestions would be great!!
