Sandwich Project?

Question

Can anyone help me prepare action plan for a sandwich business , so far I&rsquo;ve worked on the presentation of those sandwiches ,basically it is a project , which am working on it from scratch as those sandwiches are being sold at various petrol station mini mart and the business of these sandwiches are not doing well , so far I&rsquo;ve also worked on the packaging and replacement of existing slow moving sandwiches with new ones , I&rsquo;m confused now , in doing the writing up for this project , especially the action plan . 
Can anyone give me at least something to start with , ideas perhaps .

Did you get any guide lines with the assignment? 

I'm not sure what your teacher is looking for, but here are a few ideas: 

1.   Select business name. Do you want a website? Check availability of domain name.  
2.   Determine business structure. What tasks will different workers do? For a sandwich business you would need food production, packaging, deliveries, restocking ingredients, banking, etc. I dont know how big you are planning but something like 5 production workers who make the food, 1 who packages it, 2 who drive to deliver orders and collect ingredients from supplier, 1 manager of production who does paperwork/pays restocking food, recieves the orders., 1 manager of deliveries who makes sure customers recieve the orders and pay. 1 payrole person to pay workers. You get the idea .. allocate the jobs however you reckon would work.      	
3.   Set up office and website, outfit prodution kitchen 
4.   Register as a business that products food, get any appropriate health inspections. 
5.   Initiate banking, and payrole 
6.   Obtain packaging, logo, marketing material
7.   Design menu and draft a price list 
8.   Draft financial prediction based on overhead costs, predited sales.
