I am a runner and have been training for this year's cross country since last year. It was supposed to be in 3 days but got moved to tomorrow. I'm really nervous and need help with night before and race day preparation. Thanks!

You should rest and make sure to eat a dinner full of carbs and liquids, you don't want to eat a big breakfast if you can help it because it's dead weight, eat only foods that are compacted with nutrients, the saying that you can't do something on an empty stomach isn't always true, you just need a lot of energy before hand. Good luck!!
