I have been doing roofing for 3/4 Years now as a labourer for a man i know. My question is there anyway of me sitting a "SKILLS TEST" to become fully qualified roofer. Remember i am not a "APPRENTICE" i am just a roofing labourer. I am willing to pay to sit the test.
