The Seebeck effect relates to metals at different temperatures generating a voltage. It has nothing to do with refrigeration.
The Peltier effect relates to an electric current pumping heat from one place to another. The explanations look very similar, but the choices of metals are very different.
So the answer to your question is "Yes and no."
if i put the metals on cold and hot juctions then can it possible to generate electricity ?
